This feature is ideal for teams that want to deploy AI-powered document processing with minimal setup.

Add AI to Your Website

You can add a document upload button to your website that automatically extracts data from uploaded files and fills in existing web forms (such as sign-up or onboarding forms).

1. Navigate to Add AI to Your Website.

2. Create a new Injection Script.

3. Configure the required fields:

   • Domain

   • Suggested form name

   • Accepted document types

   • Any additional relevant settings

4. Save the configuration.

Once enabled, users can upload supported documents, and Base64.ai will instantly extract data and populate the corresponding form fields.

When ready for production:

• Add the generated script to your website’s HTML
  or

• Add it via Google Tag Manager (or similar tools)

Important: Ensure the script runs on:

• All Pages

• History Change events

Create Smart Forms (Direct Document Submission)

Smart Forms allow users to upload documents directly to your systems without embedding them into an existing website form.

1. Click Create Smart Forms.

2. Generate a unique upload form.

3. Share the form link with users.

Uploaded documents can be routed to:

• An email inbox

• A database

• An API endpoint

Base64.ai will process the document, extract all relevant fields, and make the results available immediately.
